It is with great pride that I welcome you to the official website of the Association Marocaine des Jeunes Infirmiers et Techniciens de Santé (AMJITS). Recently founded, our association emerges from a clear and ambitious vision: to unite young healthcare professionals around a common mission based on excellence, innovation, and service to society.

We are living a crucial period for the future of nursing and technical health professions in Morocco. Challenges are significant, but they match our motivation and collective ambition. Young nurses and health technicians have the opportunity to play a central role in building a healthcare system that is more accessible, coordinated, and human.

Although newly created, AMJITS already embodies the energy, creativity, and determination of its members. Our goal is to build a dynamic space where professionals can develop their skills, share experiences, and contribute to the evolution of healthcare practices. Through our training programs, seminars, and workshops, we aim to offer continuous learning opportunities adapted to the current challenges of the healthcare sector.

Nursing and technical professionals are at the heart of prevention, patient follow-up, and coordination with all healthcare actors. Their role reduces risks, prevents complications, and improves care while supporting families. Their expertise must be fully recognized and valued.

This recognition can only be achieved collectively — through continuous education, institutional support, and strong professional networks. AMJITS was founded with this ambition: to offer a space where young professionals can grow, share, and innovate.

We also aim to raise public awareness about the importance of nursing and technical care, promote prevention and health responsibility, and strengthen the link between professionals and citizens.
